The Company:
Our client (big oil & gas company) looking for Offshore Materials Document Control Administrator

Terms: 7 month contract, renewable - Rotation
Work Location: Platform, Offshore Sakhalin, Russian Federation
Personnel Required: 2 ea. (28/28 rotation), 1 on shift at all times

The Role:
• Receive cargo documentation from Kholmsk specialist
• verify data, update offshore database

• Prepare documentation (manifests, bills of lading) for cargo returning to shore for submission to Customs
• Submit completed packages to COMPANY Kholmsk specialist in the required format

• Update database to reflect all movements per line item
• Coordinate with offshore teams and inform onshore specialists as special Customs regime materials are consumed at site. Prepare the letter template to Customs with the line items detail on consumed materials and reference to cargo manifest and Special Customs declaration.

• Review all shipping documentation for correctness
• Support OIM to address additional requests as available
• Contribute to site safety goals
• Provide input to management regarding opportunities to streamline process
• Any other task as assigned by direct supervisor

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Experience: minimum 2 years’ experience in materials management, freight forwarding, or Customs.
 Language: Advanced English, native Russian
 Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
 Previous offshore work experience
 Experience working with large data files
 Database experience
