The Company:
Our client is a leading EPCM company who specialise in providing asset support solutions across Australia and South East Asia including engineering, operations, maintenance and upgrades of existing facilities both onshore and offshore.

The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for an Offshore Planner based on an even time rotation.

Key responsibilities include:
• Creating notifications, work orders and sub orders from maintenance requirement reports, inspections and reports
• Liaising with the client to advise management in creating work order structures as per controlled documentation in client intranet system
• Providing training and mentoring to personnel in the use of SAP & P6
• Preparing and issuing regular status reports as required for key stakeholders
• Providing best practice planning guidance and support to key stakeholders
• Driving improvements within the planning team through leadership, standards, and behaviours
• Commitment to health, safety, the environment and industry best practices


A current TBOSIET/BOSIET and a passport with at least 6 months left on it are essential.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Considerable demonstrated experience in a similar role within the offshore engineering, petrochemical and maintenance industries.
• Considerable demonstrated experience using SAP, P6 and Microsoft Office suite
• Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines in an accurate and timely manner
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously
• Flexibility, adaptability and capacity to take on new challenges and think logically
• A commitment to health, environment and safety excellence
