The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is looking for an Offshore Risk Administrator to provide support to the Offshore Risk Coordinator.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Support the project to identify, analyse and manage the risks and opportunities associated with achieving the project’s objectives
• Risks and opportunities associated with achieving project objectives are clearly identified, fully analysed and are managed according to the project’s requirements
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times
• Maintain nominated project risk registers and ensure that information complies with risk system data criteria
• Assist package risk coordinators to ensure that package risk registers comply with risk system data criteria
• Support the Offshore Risk Coordinator in developing and delivering training regarding the risk management system, processes and procedures
• Assist in the identification and review of project risks and reporting to management as required
• Assist in the follow up and reporting of Offshore actions in consultation with key stakeholders

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• TAFE certificate, diploma or similar
• Risk management training or certification
• 5+ years Oil & Gas experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Broad exposure (min 5 years) to risk issues, standards and systems and administration
