The Role:
I am currently recruiting for a number of Offshore Structural Engineers to join this well renowned EPC contractor at their offices in Surrey. Due to a period of sustained growth and a number of successful tenders the company are looking to add to their Structural Engineering Team by appointing 6 Offshore Structural Engineers.

As an Offshore Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design of structures associated with Heavy lift or Pipe laying equipment
• Act as the point of contact for all technical queries related to structures
• Ensure all work is completed within timescale and budget, including man hours
• Technical specifications, design calculations, design studies and technical bid evaluation
• This is not an analysis roles


In order to fulfil the Offshore Structural Engineer duties you will have the following:

• Degree or relevant experience within Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of civil and structural design within the Offshore Oil and Gas industry
• Knowledge of design of Grillages, Rigging and Sea Fastenings
• Working knowledge of relevant Structural design software
• Experience in PMC, FEED and EPC projects
