The Role:
Role: Manage Offshore Structures Inspection Strategy; Steerage to ISC resources engaged in the executionof inspection, repairs and CP's; Manage FSR deviations at TA2 level; Technical support to the Assets; Manage the Fabric Maintenance strategy to maintain structural integrity; Oversee the reporting of KPI's on structural integrity; Contribute to coaching of team members and ISC personnel; Provide response to urgent Asset issues as required. Applicants will be fully versed in design and analysis, including non-linear analysis covering fixed and floating structures and completely familiar with relevant Industry Codes of Practice. Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques is necessary to address MAH scenarios as input to Risk analyses and to support Installation safety cases. The applicant will be experienced in SIM and all aspects of inspection strategy management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications: A degree in Civil or Structural engineering or Naval Architecture. A CEng or equivalent professional qualification. Applicants shall have expert knowledge of fixed platform design both for substructures and topsides and also experience with floating systems, specifically FPSO's.
