The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Offshore Technical Clerk
• Plan, organise and prioritise own work on a daily basis to meet deadlines set by others within the team or department.
• Prepare routine spreadsheets, reports, memos and emails to support the work of the team.
• Prepare and edit various documents in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power-point and Microsoft Excel.
• Input information to departmental systems in order to maintain departmental records and facilitate access to and retrieval of information e.g. keep record of leave and absences
• Update whiteboards in main conference room
• Co-ordinate arrangements for meetings, record meeting agreements/actions and follow through with actionees on outcomes.
• Liaise with onshore Support team with planning and technical information requests
• Maining accurate POB records and personnel splits between contracting organisations
• Update offshore organigrams to ensure information is up-to-date at all times.
• Handling information of a confidential nature.
• Knows when to act on team leader’s or member’s behalf and when to direct issues to team member or delegate.
• Developing office management systems, supporting Project Services.
• Maintaining document control systems for select, interface with CDO.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Fluency in English - written and spoken. Portuguese would be desirable also.
• Skilled in the use of MS Windows software packages: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably a graduate, but at least five GCE "O" (including Maths & English) level or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant practical administration experience preferably in the petrochemical industry.
