The Role:
•Understand and support policy for AGT Region with regard to WIMS, Client Zonal Isolation, Well Barrier, Working with Pressure and other Client Group Practices. •Foster and support teamwork with the Base Management Team regarding issues related to Well Head, Trees, Tubing/Casing integrity, and more. •Diagnose & define issues, identify repair options, prepare risk assessments and procedures, and support the Intervention Team initiate repairs. •Frequent well inspection trips offshore to provide technical coaching for Offshore Production Teams regarding normal and abnormal well characteristics. Also assist with procedure development related to scheduled maintenance and testing of wellheads and trees. •Develop and provide Well Integrity related training to Offshore Operations Teams and record training in the AGT Competence Management Assurance System (CMAS) database. •Audit offshore well management practices and report to Leadership Teams (both Offshore & Onshore) the findings related to WIMS conformance. •Single Point of Contact for communicating with the wellhead and tree vendor about subjects related to Wellhead and Tree integrity issues. •Coordinate development and implementation of a specialized crew of Well Head Technicians for maintenance, testing and diagnostic work. •Coordinate work plans for Wellhead Technicians.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education • Relevant University Degree
Essential experience and job requirements • Minimum 10 years of applicable Oil & Gas Industry experience • Working knowledge of drilling, well-work, well integrity, well barriers • Ability to work offshore and must have Full medical and Offshore Survival Valid Certification • Skillful use of computer programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Upper intermediate proficiency for English language speaking, reading and writing

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Desirable criteria & qualifications •Bachelor of Science (Engineering Degree) •Valid Drilling Well Control Certification to Industry Standard such as International Well Control Forum (IWCF), International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), WellCap, or equivalent •Well Site Leader (Drilling or Interventions Supervisory) Offshore experience •Demonstrated ability with well integrity diagnostics and repairs •Demonstrated ability with offshore work
