Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Onshore Delivery Leader responsible for the development and delivery of the FEED and Detailed Design during the DEFINE and EXECUTE stages of the project for all the project scope
The primary role is to provide direction and lead a cross-discipline engineering team successfully through the DEFINE and EXECUTE stage of the project. The Onshore Engineering Delivery Lead will manage and provide direction to the Engineering Contractor to ensure the engineering design is delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required standard. The Onshore Engineering Delivery Lead will work closely with the Engineering Assurance Team to ensure the design is delivered in compliance with relevant ETPs, Project Specifications, MPcp and Group Standards. The Onshore Engineering Delivery Lead will interfaces and communicates closely with Project Operations, Sangachal Operations, HSSE, Construction teams to ensure a consistent approach is taken and will translate design intent with respect to technical integrity, operability and HSSE.

Key aspects of the role also include:
• Working closely with the Onshore Engineering Delivery Manager to successfully deliver onshore scope through the Define and Execute.
• Provide leadership and direction to Client and EPMS Contractor’s engineering teams
• Provide assurance that the FEED & Detailed Design work performed by the Engineering Contractor meets Client requirements and expectations
• Monitor and report progress of both the Client & Design contractor engineering teams
• Manage the interfaces between Operations Team to ensure alignment
• Provide support to the Onshore CCBx Delivery Lead
• Maintain a full technical overview taking responsibility for resolving conflicts between respective engineering team as required.
• Play a leading role in project internal and external reviews (e.g. PHSSER, EDR, IPA, risk workshops etc) ensuring actions arising are closed out in a timely fashion
• Provide input to the preparation of the annual Onshore Engineering Work Plan & Budget
• Support the PGM in the development of the key project processes and procedures

Specific responsibilities during the DEFINE & EXECUTE Stages include:
• The Onshore Engineering Team Leader will demonstrate a strong commitment to HSSE Leadership, and will be a role model in HSSE values and behaviours to the team
• Ensuring that the scope is well defined and clearly understood.
• Implementation of technical integrity, quality management and process safety requirements.
• Ensure Lessons Learned are captured
• Preparing all the plant Management of Change (MoC) for Operations approval
• Input and support to PSCM including identification of long lead equipment items and development / maintenance of the PSR
• Ensuring all interfaces between interface parties are identified and being actively managed e.g. Operations, Construction, HSSE, PSCM etc.
• Managing discipline engineering resources to the agreed manpower / resource plans.
• Development and coaching of Client Engineering Discipline Engineers.
• Supporting the development of the Engineering organisation
