The Role:
•Act as the Focal Point for all Material Movements to your assigned Offshore Drilling or Well Intervention Asset.
•Coordinate the delivery of required materials to the quayside for loadout as per instructed by the Offshore Drilling Materials Controller (Call Off & Logistics Report).
•Coordinate the delivery of required materials to the Heliport for loadout as per instructed by the Offshore Drilling Materials Controller (Call Off & Logistics Report).
•Create Load Lists for all materials for loadout to your assigned offshore asset. Obtain Cargo Summary Tickets for all deck lifts to enable the contracted quayside provider to plan and execute the loadout to meet the expectations of the Offshore asset.
•Arrange collection and delivery of all materials as per the Material Call Offs and Logistics Reports for all Offshore Drilling & Well Intervention assets.
•Work with the Well Operations Well Planner to ensure all Materials called off are on the well plan and covered by a valid Purchase Order.
•Liase on a daily basis with the Logistics Department (Marine & Avation), Offshore Assets, Well Operations/Intervention Department and the Contracted Quayside provider to ensure the plan is executed to meet the expectations of the Offshore Drilling & Well Intervention Asset.
•Monitor Supply Vessel bulk tank status and required/future bulk loadouts to ensure tanks are cleaned or suitable for use, this includes working with the Onshore Fluids Engineer.
•Request bulk tank cleaning and the disposal of waste fluids via the Contracted Quayside Provider/TEAM Contract.
•Create and maintain an itemised Register for all Materials (Rental, Consignment, Owned and Purchased) delivered to and returned form your assigned offshore asset via Air & Sea.
•Ensure all rental materials are returned to the Vendor from the offshore asset as part of the end of well reconciliation.
•Ensure a satisfactory audit and compliance environment.
•Identify and implement improvements required to existing processes and procedures within the Well Operations Group in order to help move the UK Materials Management function towards functional excellence.
•Provide support and be actively engaged in the Well Operations SAP PS implementation programme.
•Resolve invoice queries as and when required for the Well Operations Group on behalf of your assigned offshore asset.
•As required, perform Invoice verification checks as requested by the Well Operations Cost Controller on behalf of your assigned offshore asset.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good organisational skills, demonstrate ability to prioritise work and consistently meet deadlines are required. The role offers a wide variety of tasks and operational pressures and the incumbent must be organized, flexible and resilient to deal with multiple requests for support and prioritise appropriately.

Excellent communication skills are required (both oral and written) as the role requires regular communication with colleagues within the function and in other functions and 3rd party suppliers. Must be able to communicate clearly with senior management.

The incumbent should have the ability to work in SAP and be highly competent in the Microsoft Office applications.
