The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
o Supporting the Onshore Recruitment Co-ordinators with the making up of new start, transfer and rate increase paperwork.
o Provide a range of reports as required by the Recruitment Team and the wider organisation.
o Maintain an effective monitoring system to track the receipt of all contractor company registrations / personal qualification details and follow up in a timely manner any documents not produced.
o Raise accurate contracts and offer letters for approval for onshore personnel and issue as directed.
o Liaise closely with the finance department as appropriate to ensure accurate and timely payment of sub-contractors and 3rd party labour suppliers.
o Deal with general queries from agents and contractors.
o Ensure a full suite of automatically refreshing reports is available and maintained.
o Ensure that all reported transfers of personnel on resources minutes are recorded as appropriate in the personnel database and appropriate contractual and assignment conditions alignment is maintained.
o Ensure the timely receipt of all new starts and obtain all necessary personal, company and qualification details for contractors.
o Track return of all purchase orders / contracts updating systems accordingly.
o Ensure Induction Schedules are up to date for every induction.
o Carry out onshore induction when new starts arrive and ensure completion of relevant paperwork.
o Ensure adherence to Policies, Procedures and Best Practice.
o Carry out any other instruction that may be issued by Onshore Recruitment Team Leader due to operational requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o SVQ Level 3 in Administration
o Previous experience in an administration role
o Good working knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel
