The Company:
Big company is looking for Open Book Tender Manager.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. Fluent Russian&English.

The Role:
Objectives:

•ITT1 phase/ Preparation of Open Book Tender Phase
Assist the Head of OBT department
Involve in the preparation and finalization of the Open Book Tender procedure with the EPC Contractor
Liaise with other department to collect required information
•OBT phase
Participate of OBT evaluation within the OBT Evaluation Team
Involve in the Open Book Tender process with the EPC Contractor up to the agreed Base Cost
Ensure the comprehensive OBT results for the Russian portion
Liaise with other OBT Task Force Subgroups to collect required information
Participate in the reporting of OBT activities ( procurement, Subcontracting, Cost Estimate)

Responsibilities:


To ensure regular reporting to the OBT manager,
To issue weekly report of activity,
Insures that the equipment /material proposed by Consortium is in the vendor list or manages in collaboration with the corresponding specialists the technical prequalification of material/material (outside already defined packages) and issue suitable documentation to validate the bid list.
Involve in the pre-qualification of yards (Russian ones) and issue recommendations,
Participate with the Contractor of the clarifications with equipment of Russian Vendors/Subcontractors
To ensure that the MTO/BOQ are reviewed and validated by Third Party

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Multidiscipline or specialized graduate Engineer with a minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry including petroleum engineering,
Experience of detailed preparation of contracts for large Contracts, with specific experience and knowledge of the preparation of CCFT,
Communication skills for handling technico and contractual relations, Good communication and able to work in a multicultural environment
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
