The Company:

The Role:
Directs and coordinates activities of employees engaged in Air export/import operations and ensures profitability by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors :
 Manage existing Air freight key accounts and identify prospective customers for business expansion
 Drafting of quotations to meet customers’ requirements
 To drive and support the sales team’s efforts for achieving the overall ocean freight sales target
 Contributing in business development and strategic proposals for FCL/LCL Air freight product development/ LCL consolidation.
 Maintain sales report and monitor customer’s payment matters
 Oversee timely and accurate movement of Air export/import and documentation.
 Ensure employees comply with rate and service requirements established by customers.
 Ensure established margins and budgetary target are met.
 Assigns specific duties to supervisors and staff as required.
 Ensures all employees are fully trained in all aspects of their job as well as cross-trained in other areas when possible.
 Assists employee in the sea freight department with any questions or situations that arise with shipments, customers requests, vendors
 Manages and controls all ground cost and revenues.
 Prepares monthly activity / revenue report
 Prepare and provide customers and overseas office with rate quotations
 Completes yearly employee performance reviews
 Liaison with all related vendors to ensure highest level of service is achieved
 Assists and answers customer inquires and other related customer service functions.
 Ensure continuous improvement processes to increase efficiencies, reduces waste and improve performance to our customers.
 Ensure entries are processed through Customs timely and accurately.
 Maintain Powers of Attorney as well as customer profiles. Process and issue duty check payments to Customs.
Other tasks as requested from General Director.
