The Role:
Main Tasks:
• Liaise between Operations & Exploration Teams at all stages of drilling projects
• Assist in geological planning of drilling projects & preparation of pre-drill documents
• Cooperate with geoscientists and reservoir engineers to amend geological models during and after drilling
• Supervision & co-ordination of all aspects of well site geological operation to ensure well objectives are safely met.
• Manage & provide support to Well site Geologist, including quick-look interpretation of geological & formation evaluation data
• Ensure well-site geologists are completely aware of company requirements and ensure effective communication to drilling personnel
• Provide input for tendering & contracts preparation, with a focus on formation evaluation services
• Liaise with, and co-ordinate, geological formation evaluation contractors, in discussion with rest of the Operations Team; includes service call-out, invoice checking & service quality reviews etc, as required
• Responsible for receiving and handling, and the timely distribution of all geological well data, logs & reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Master Degree in Geological Sciences
• 7 years relevant working experience
• International experience in various cultural environments and operated exploration ventures
