The Role:
Key responsibilities:
▪ Managing the Operational Readiness Program (ORP) planning according to the program charter
▪ Development and ownership of the Operational Readiness Plans and schedules
▪ Ensure the Operational Readiness Planning and Scheduling outcomes meet the operational readiness goals and objectives
▪ Ensure the requirements of the operational readiness program are communicated to the ORP stream leads and departmental representatives
▪ Measure and report on progress against the Operational Readiness Schedule
▪ Highlight risks and issues with achievement of the Operational Readiness Plan
▪ Facilitate the relationships between the ORP team with other departments to achieve effective operational outcomes
▪ Delivery of regular Operational Readiness reports
▪ Ownership and ongoing improvement of the Operational Readiness principles, organisational design, plan framework and reporting frameworks

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with post graduate qualifications in project management being well regarded.
▪ More than 10 years of experience in operation or commissioning engineering
▪ Extensive experience in strategic planning, development, implementation and maintenance of greenfield projects in the resources sector.
▪ Able to demonstrate a solid track record of successful delivery of programs and projects with defined time constraints.
▪ Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of key business drivers within a mining project.
▪ Hold Indonesia Citizenship

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experiences working in Iron Sand companies would be an advantage
