The Company:
- A fantastic opportunity within an organisation who are an established, niche supplier of specialist services and equipment to a diverse range of nuclear customers. Their vision is to be a centre of excellence for uranic storage, decommissioning and recycling

The Role:
- Develop your career and become a key member of the Lead Team; ensuring license compliance, strategic leadership, operational, business performance and project delivery
- Effective management and leadership of operational process plants
- The nuclear safety leadership and delivery of all operations and maintenance activities with a focus on accelerated hazard reduction.
- The management of the acceptance and commissioning of the facility

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Ideally degree qualified with professional institution membership
- Significant nuclear experience and proficiency in plant operations
- DAP experience
- The ability to inspire high standards of leadership across operations
- Strong stakeholder management experience of both customer and regulatory interaction

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Safety case ownership
- Knowledge of COMAH, HAZOP, Nuclear materials accountancy and Plant modifications process
- Ability to undertake role of Tennant Duty Officer

- Salary up to £85,000 depending on experience
- 10% bonus (based on achievement of personal targets)

- 38.75 contractual hours per week. Standard site working hours are 8am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 3.40pm on Friday
- Annual Leave starting at 25.5 days per annum, rising to 28.5 after 10 years service then rising to 32.5 days leave after 20 years service
- An additional 13 Accrued days off per annum, typically with 3 days retained for site closure at Christmas
