The Company:
With operations across the world, our client uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to a growing world. They are currently leading an integrated LNG Project in PNG that includes gas production and processing facilities including liquefaction and storage facilities.

The Role:
Our client is looking to engage in a Operations, Maintenance Trainer and Competency Assessor for their integrated LNG project in Papua New Guinea based on a 28/28 Rotation.

You will be required to facilitate training of trainee technicians from basic skills through to facility specific training and also assess the knowledge and skills of technicians as per CAS guidelines

Part of your responsibilities will encompass:
-Preparing regular progress reports and presentations
-Participating in competency assessor standardisation meetings
-Reviewing and improving operating and maintenance procedures based on feedback from technicians and engineers

You will have experience as a Trainer or Assessor within the oil and gas industry, preferably with a Major Operator.

Previous experience working with National work forces would be highly beneficial.

A in depth knowledge of LNG plant operations is required.
