The Company:
A major, international oil and gas company

The Role:
•Engage all CMAS OPS stake-holders (Operations staff, site superintendents, CMAS team) at the four locations to support and contribute to CMAS objectives.
•In own discipline, control delivery of CMAS Operations plan and take necessary actions to achieve agreed targets.
•In own discipline, revise timely the PEOs (Plan d’Evaluation Operations) which are technical documentations used to prepare the assessments.
•In own discipline, develop timely the models for the assessments checklist
•Collaborate with the Shift Supv and Process Engineers to develop the required technical documentation.
•Ensure the documentation is to the correct standard, approved and recorded in the database.
•Perform formal assessments of the Operations Technicians (Field Technicians, Panelmen, Wells Technicians).
•Drive the delivery plan of the assessments on four sites.
•Ensure the assessment reports are to the appropriate standard and recorded in the database.
•Deliver some basic trainings/coaching to the technicians according to the identified gaps.
•Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CMAS
•Work with the Training Organisation to define the necessary training.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must be able to speak French, as well as English
Ten years experience in Operations with minimum 5 years in hydrocarbons production or treatment facilities.
A engineering degree from an internationally recognised university is a big advantage.
