The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has become available for an Operations Coordinator.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Location specific resource management through organisation charts and staffing plans
• Take lead in coordination of cyclone management plans for Karratha location in the absence of PIC.
• Deployment of Karratha assigned personnel and visitors to the site with travel and accommodation provision, general administration support to site offices and accommodation locations
• Liaising with accommodation and transport providers to ensure efficient coordination of people movement and accommodation requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Background in site coordination, cost management and remote location logistics is considered essential.
• Relevant experience in large scale project coordination and people supervision
• High degree of communication and interpersonal skills to aid in identify issues, problem solving and multi-tasking.
• Able to establish and maintain spreadsheets, databases and records for the purpose of controlling and managing office activities.
• Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy in proof reading documentation (including emails) prior to distribution
• Respect for and understanding of confidentiality
• Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of packages
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
• Ability to prioritise work functions
