The Company:
Our Company is a powerful new oil & gas production and development company, has been formed from the demerged North Sea interests of joint venture. Our company assets have been contributed by both firms on a debt free basis. We are a focused independent company

The Role:
• Provide process safety and operability input to the project
• Assist the Contractor in the preparation of their Dutyholder obligations, ensuring all appropriate operational requirements are put in place (e.g.Management of Change, loss management, Maintenance Management System, inspection systems, risk management)
• Assure Company that appropriate competence systems are in place
• Provide client feedback to the Contractor on key management documents such as their Operations & Maintenance Philosophies and Human Resource Management Plan.
• Provide assurance to Company that all operations preparatory work is sufficient to ensure on-schedule, safe and reliable commissioning and operations, including emergency preparedness.
• Conduct O&M readiness reviews.
• Define and agree reporting systems
• Agree roles and responsibilities for key Contractor positions and participate in the interviewing and approval of senior offshore roles
• Maintain an O&M risk register and manage operational risk for Company
• Ensure that the Company Business Management System is revised to accommodate the operation of the additional Asset.
• Ensure that onshore and offshore emergency response and interface procedures are developed and tested ahead of the sailaway of the vessel.
• Assist in the design of systems for the transfer of key operational and production data for the Company onshore Asset Team.
• Effectively represent the asset team during the operational phase as the ultimate customer of the project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Current offshore survival, medical and Mist certification is desirable.
• Candidates must be qualified to Degree Level in Engineering or related science/technology fields
• Must be able to demonstrate continuing personal and professional development
