The Role:
•Provide Process Engineering support to the project assets.
•Be GBA “point contact” and “owner” for operational issues
•Work with the subsurface team to co-ordinate day-to-day optimisation of the wells and liaise with client as necessary.
•Develop a good working knowledge of the wells, subsea equipment and topsides process in order to be able to identify opportunities to maximise production.
•Lead the flow assurance integrated team and progress alternative concepts interfacing with the company corporate Production Assurance Team and external service providers.
•Provide operational support for the infill well project including development of start-up and commissioning procedures.
•Develop a good working knowledge of the various commercial agreements and provide technical support to resolve commercial issues as necessary.
•Be single point of contact with DECC for production related consents.
•Work with company functional groups as required including corrosion and integrity management, subsea controls, weII integrity, Metering, HSE and Marine Group.
•Prepare and present briefings on operational issues at partner OCMs and TCMs as required.
•Deputise for Project Operations Manager as required.
•Member of the integrated project teams providing operational support for future major projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Good understanding of operations and production optimisation.
•Keen to contribute to a diverse range of tasks.
•Ability to self manage, identify priorities and manage time effectively.
•Acceptance of personal ownership and accountability.
•Ability to communicate powerfully with all parties/disciplines.
•Enthusiasm and commitment to maximising value from the Project fields.
•Chemical Engineering degree with relevant Project and Operations Support experience.
