The Company:
The Operations Liaison Manager is primarily responsible for providing coordination between Engineering and Operations during the Engineering phase of the Project and is a temporary position. The Incumbent reports directly to the COO and resides in the Engineering offices of the EPC contractor for the duration of Detailed Engineering; supporting the Project Support Manager. The position moves to the field once detailed engineering is concluded

The Role:
•Supports Engineering and Construction with review of design information and critical comments to assure Operational requirements are being met.
•Supports Engineering and Construction with review of operational documentation by the EPC.
•Supports Operations by coordinating and reviewing the Operation Manuals produced by the EPC contractor
•Supports, reviews and approves the of employee training programs developed by the EPC. These include but are not limited to safety, security, operations and maintenance training totaling in excess of 50 training courses.
•Maintains a sufficient staff of Operations personnel in the EPC offices to assure Operations input is responsive and expedient and causes no delay to Project progress

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Education:

•B.S. degree engineering.

Experience:

•At least fifteen (15) years direct experience in the operations, commissioning and maintenance of gas processing, chemical and LNG facilities, including start-up of same
