The Company:
Our client is a drilling services company with a global reach. Their client portfolio is includes many of the super majors.

The Role:
They currently have requirements for a Pressure Pumping Operations Manager in Nigeria, Gabon and Ghana.

Pressure Pumping Operations Manager is the primary resource for the GeoMarket Managing Director on all issues related to execution (cost/budget, well-site execution, resource allocation, inventory, repair/maintenance of tools and equipment, employee management, HSE, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators:

• Strategic: Customer satisfaction level, DSO, lapse days, employee satisfaction level, employee
• Financial: ROA, operating cash flow, cost budget compliance, PBT ($ and %), PBT growth,
headcount (vs. plan)
• Capability/process: NPT, operating efficiency, job efficiency, service efficiency, % good runs,
reduction in concessions, number of fatalities, TRIR, SSE TRIR, DAFW, Reduce environmental 10%
reduction in waste or spill volume

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for financial goals, Profit and Loss, Tender submittals as well as execution of company’s strategy and growth plans for Pressure Pumping Services in the Geomarket .
• Ensure Pressure Pumping Services are in full compliance with Company HSE and Quality systems.
• Primary contact for all issues related to wellsite execution of services including resource allocation and implementation of company standards of operation and policies .
• Maintain high level contact with existing and potential customers and develop strong relations with key decision makers.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, financial projections and forecasts as required.
• Manage and Oversee personnel development plans and monitor competency skills of employees in coordination with HR and ensure staffing is done as per company headcount plans including internal and external recruitment.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering
15+ years’ experience in oilfield operations environment including working internationally.
Extensive understanding of Pressure Pumping Services.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong Leadership and communication Skills
Ability to work in a diverse culture environment
Extensive understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
Extensive knowledge of company's business practices including strategic planning, budgeting and staffing
