The Role:
I am currently recruiting for a Operations Manager to join this well renowned EPC contractor at their offices Oman. Due to a period of sustained growth and a number of successful tenders the company are looking to add to their Senior Management Team with an Operations Manager.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

•Responsible for day to day management of Hazardous Waste Treatment operations
•Reporting to the Project Manager, you will act as the point of contact between senior management and the client representatives
•Establish and monitor project safety and quality standards
•Ensure all work is completed within timescale and budget, including man hours
•Supervision of project personnel either directly or through Team Leaders
•Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements


In order to fulfil the Operations Manager duties you will have the following:

•Degree or relevant experience within an Engineering discipline
•Extensive experience of Operations Management of Hazardous Waste Treatment within the Oil and Gas industry
•Experience in NORM Decontamination, Oily Sludge Treatment and/or Solid Waste Management
