The Role:
Role synopsis:
As a member of the Performance Management Team, the
Performance Analyst will analyze, develop, and provide
performance analysis of Logistics-related (Aviation, Marine, and Supply Base Operations ) commercial, financial, and internal controls to ensure they are adequate, cost effective,
and timely, utilizing a continuous improvement approach.

Key accountabilities:
1. Prepare, evaluate, and present performance trends and anomalies in performance management reports
( *Discuss and agree metrics with stakeholders and data providers;
*Facilitate discussions with management to understand relevant performance metrics;
* Proactively run and manage the performance review process;
* Analyze reports, actively challenge anomalies and produce performance commentaries;
* Identify and discuss areas for performance improvement, ensuring a plan is in place and executed for relevant areas;
* Ensure consistency of metrics and measurements across multiple service lines and regions;
* Manage a technical developer to deliver monthly updates and enhancements;
* Act as single point of contact for all performance issues;
* Capture, analyze and articulate reported issues;
* Interview all parties involved in issue capture and resolution to identify the “as is” position;
* Undertake gap analysis between the “as is” position and the “to be” position;
* Clarify, document & define changes to processes as required.)

2. Develop the annual budget and host the quarterly budget review meeting for GoM Logistics and its allocated cost centers
3. Prepare, evaluate, and present the Logistics’ QPRs- Production and Drillings
4. Overall support for the Performance Management team
5. Foster effective teamwork across the team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Essential education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* Seasoned professional with minimum 6 years of experience
* A sound understanding of Oil & Gas Exploration and Production
Industry ( Preferable with logistics experience and knowledge- Marine, Supply Base, or Aviation)

* Advanced Excel skill in Pivot table and proficient Microsoft Access user
* Experienced SAP user
* Experienced Sharepoint website user

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, numerical, financial, and economic analysis
skills (EEM level II).
- Ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data, recognize
trends, develop solutions to business issues, and recommend
preferred alternatives
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, at times with
conflicting priorities
- Ability to effectively interface, influence, and build alignment with
individuals, multi-discipline teams, and all levels of Region
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Effective people skills; ability to develop and use informal
