The Company:
Global Oil and Gas Operator with Headquarters in Houston's energy corridor

The Role:
As a member of the Performance Management Team, the Performance Analyst (Technician) will provide
technical support to performance analysis of Logistics-related (Aviation, Marine, and Supply Base Operations ) commercial, financial, and internal controls to ensure they are adequate, cost effective,
and timely, utilizing a continuous improvement approach.

Key accountabilities:
1. Manage the data repository and design queries to support relevant performance metrics
( *Discuss and agree metrics with stakeholders and data providers;
*Facilitate discussions with management to understand relevant performance metrics;
* Proactively run and manage the performance review process;
* Analyze reports, actively challenge anomalies and produce performance commentaries;
* Identify and discuss areas for performance improvement, ensuring a plan is in place and executed for relevant areas;
* Ensure consistency of metrics and measurements across multiple service lines and regions;
* Manage a technical developer to deliver monthly updates and enhancements.)

2. Develop automated KPI reporting system on sharepoint site
3. Design Logistics’ Dashboard on sharepoint site
4. Maintain Logistics performance data integrity
( * Act as single point of contact for all technical performance issues;
* Capture, analyze and articulate reported issues;
* Interview all parties involved in issue capture and resolution to identify the “as is” position;
* Undertake gap analysis between the “as is” position and the “to be” position;
* Clarify, document & define changes to processes as required.)

5. Overall technical support for the Performance Management team
6. Foster effective teamwork across the team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Essential experience and job requirements:
* Strong IT capability (Microsoft suite, Business Objects, SQL, Visual Basics)
* Mastery Sharepoint website user – able to design and manage the website
* Advanced Excel Skill in Pivot table and proficient Microsoft Access user - able to design queries
* A sound understanding of Oil & Gas Exploration and Production
Industry

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to meet deadline
- Strong analytical, numerical, financial, and economic analysis
skills (EEM level II).
- Ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data, recognize
trends, develop solutions to business issues, and recommend
preferred alternatives
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, at times with
conflicting priorities
- Ability to effectively interface, influence, and build alignment with
individuals, multi-discipline teams, and all levels of Region
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Effective people skills; ability to develop and use informal
network
