We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent analytic skills, good communications skills, strong energy background, strong experience with Logistics operations, and a great team attitude. The role will serve as a Performance Analyst within the Teleios team. The Performance Analyst is accountable for developing global KPI and operational tools, analyzing results, and assisting management in developing ideas and processes to improve Logistics operations. The Role:
• Leverage technical and business experience to identify current logistics performance levels
• Leverage technical and business experience, as well as leading practices, to identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and develop analytical, KPI, and operational tools and reports
• Identify performance trends – globally and regionally
• Identify root causes and develop alternatives for resolution
• Design required data conversion processes
• Provide input and support into team’s requirements management, testing, training, communications, and field support efforts
• Support project management, plans, and processes
• Review and ensure system’s continued data integrity
• Provide on-call field support coverage, as needed
• Ensure support of logistics processes, systems, and personnel
• Attend required meetings and provide updates
• Conduct brown bags or other requested knowledge sharing opportunities
• Participate in activities that expand your functional and technical expertise
• Very good understanding of the business concepts and capabilities of the iLogistics system
• Good understanding of the full software development life cycle
• Self-motivated, team player, and willingness to contribute and resolve issues

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Must have deep experience with Business Objects and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to adapt and exhibit professionalism within team, with management, and with clients
• Must remain focused on delivery, minding timelines, requirements, and budgets
• Must display excellent interpersonal skills and be able to clearly communicate with various user communities
• Must have a strong understanding of computer operating systems
• Must be willing to travel to offshore locations, if needed
