The Company:
Our Client is a Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry.
The Role:
The role of the operations planning and performance TL is develop and implement a planning and performance management system for the operations division for our client’s project in Iraq.
Key accountabilities,
To build a planning and performance management system for the operations division
Deliver insightful, principled and timely recommendation to the operations manager regarding performance management and continuous improvement options
Lead on the preparation of operations Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR’S) and presentations
Develop financial models gather basic information, co-operate with technical departments and jointly prepare work programmes and budget for the year ahead.
Facilitate weekly operations leadership team meetings
Liaise with the finance department with respect to performance of the function
Lead special projects as required
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential
• Technical or business degree
• Direct Experience
• Oil and gas experience
• Commercial financial and strategic planning experience
• Leadership and management experience
• Experience implementation significant change initiatives
