The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is available for a Operation Readiness Advisor to join the Operation team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Coordinate operational readiness reviews, including detailed long range planning and scheduling, identification and sourcing of SMEs, coordination and engagement with Business Unit and Corporate Teams to execute ORRs within the corporate standard process.
• Lead and execute tabletop operations scenario workshops working with business functions SMEs to ensure readiness of business processes, systems, procedures, and personnel for LNG Operations. Work includes scope definition, conducting and facilitating workshops, and preparing outputs (gaps for closure).
• Lead and execute to management of gap closure action plans and documentation for ORR findings, tabletop scenario workshop outcomes, and Peer Assists across all projects.
• Provide briefing and information sharing updates to management teams, including gap closure monthly progress, rolling out expectations and timelines for upcoming reviews, managing stakeholder communications and ensuring a consistent Operations Readiness process is being executed.
• Provide technical support for the design, preparation, coordination and execution of tools for ORR processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years broad based Engineering / Project Management / Assurance experience

Preferred Skills:
• Background in assurance, risk, and interface management to work across large numbers of stakeholders
• Technical familiarity with Oil and Gas operations
• Ability to work in a complex industry with large number of stakeholders including various business functions (eg. Operations, Marine Operations, Supply Chain Management, Office of Lifting Coordinator, HES, Subsurface, Drilling and Completions, Facility Engineering, Maintenance, Business Planning, IM&T etc)
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and maintain focus in delivering outcome
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently with clear focus on priorities
• High level of presentation and facilitation skills with senior managers and JVPs
• Competent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications, good communication and coordination skill
