The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for an Operations Readiness Analyst based on a 12 month contract in Perth within the Project Services division.

The role will provide / produce reporting oversight of end-to-end activities related to Phase 5 operational readiness at including. Operations
• Operations procedures including NOP, EOP, PWI (circa 1500)
• Start up procedures
• Operations manuals
• Operations training (200 persons, 200 courses)
• Operations competency material development and delivery Maintenance
• MWI and procedure development
• Maintenance build and plan development HES
• Managing Safe Work procedure development
• Emergency management material development and training Organisation Build
• Building out extended organisation to support ICSU and steady state operations
• Developing skills mapping with start-up and competency requirements
• Develop steady state manpower planning model iCSU activities (many)
• Coordination with central planning of the integrated master schedule ‒ Timeline, deliverables, key decisions ‒ Resource and cost implications ‒ Linkages and dependencies
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting process
• Identification and resolution of issues
• Ensuring cross-work stream alignment as required
• Management of end-to-end deliverables ‒ Complete Phase 5 readiness while minimising disruption to construction ‒ Incident-free CSU ‒ Set up for sustainable normal operations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Must have very advanced excel and data management skills to enable extraction of data from existing systems and enable manipulation and reporting
- Data to report on will be in various forms extracted from primavera, Microsoft Project and intranet based action tracking tools.
- Used to reporting, power excel user, pulling together outputs from various schedules and producing analytical reports / dashboards / burn down charts on progress for oversight by Operations Management
