The Role:
Only Azerbaijan citizens are eligible to apply;
• Registration and issue of permits and ICC’s and maintenance of the permit register.
• This includes ensuring that all appropriate signatures are in place during the permits life cycle from issue to sign off and subsequent archiving. Ensuring that all supporting documents such as COSSH and P&ID’s are attached prior to issue
• Maintaining area location board.
• Archiving and storing in numerical order of all permits and ICC,s
• This includes storage for the mandatory period and eventual disposal.
• Coordination of ICC audits and maintenance of ICC audit register.
• This includes identification of ICC’s due for audit on a weekly basis and submission to the appropriate supervisor / AA to action.
• Registration of ICC audit sheet before forwarding to HSE department.
• Preparation of daily PTW status reports for submission to permit meeting.
• Preparation of weekly LTI status report.
• Attending PTW daily meeting.
• Registration of TRA’s and maintenance of TRA register and subsequent filing of hard copies.
• Registering of road closure certificates and maintaining site location board.
• Facilitating face to face discussions between PA’s and AA’s.
• Issue and subsequent control of the WCC`s print copies
• Ensuring that all required supporting documentation are pertinent to the task and attached before letting the PA to the worksite – such as P&ID`s, COSHH assessments etc.
• Support to all Staff with WCC implementation
• Periodic site tours to monitor WCC application
• Archive the TBT and WCC (28 days)
• Manage LTI/ICC database (Drawings, P&ID`s)
• Manage LTI Reviewing process
• Ensure Routine Implementations are WCC Completed and Archived
• Lending support to the AA and SC Ensure of WCC/ICC Audits process is completed
• The PTWC will print a list of live WCC`s at 09:00 and 14:00 to ensure there is an up to date paper record in the event of a power outage.
• The PTWC shall ensure that a back up paper system is available at all times in case of ISSoW system failure.
• The PTWC will still have the responsibility during any SITE EMERGENCY to prepare a list of all LIVE permit work and report to the EMERGENCY RESPONSE ON SCENE COMMANDER
• Monitoring all PTW audits both paper and electronic and up-dating the HSE monthly permit audit report.
• Registration and issue of radios.
• Registration and issue of flint guns.
• Site inspections
• PTW Audits
• ICC Audits
