The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
• Responsible for the safe, reliable and environmental sound operations of all project Camp and Utility Facilities during the construction period. This includes camp facilities for up to 5,000 personnel, construction offices, water plants, sewage plants, and power generation facilities all to support the project construction.
• Ensure the operations and maintenance contractors pro-actively utilize a maintenance management system and processes to schedule, plan and execute activities to ensure reliable, safe, efficient and cost effective facility and equipment performances.
• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and daily planned deployment of services support to maximum effectiveness in supporting project construction operations.
• Responsible for ensuring that all project Operations teams Safe Operating and Maintenance Procedures are relevant and are competently applied with by all associated personnel.
• Regularly audits the operational performance of plant and equipment to ensure that these facilities are performing to design requirements. Schedule, plan, and execute maintenance shutdowns to ensure minimum impact to construction activities.
• Responsible for overseeing those operational activities that achieves and maintains world class uptime performance of all critical production process equipment and facilities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a multi discipline Operations supervisory role, specifically in the field of RO or Waste water Treatment operations.
• Suitable Mechanical/Electrical trade or engineering qualifications.
• Must demonstrate a strong safety culture. Commits to and champions developing and implementing ways to ensure a safe work place for those working on project, and the ongoing effort to establish and maintain an incident and injury free culture.
• Ability to influence actions of others not directly reporting to this position (Contractors and Company). Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional groups. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
