The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
• Ensuring excellent standards of HSE performance are achieved on a consistent basis.
• Management and delivery of Client Annual Site budgets
• Working with Project Site Managers to deliver effective and efficient operations that are fully aligned to the projects Operations Excellence strategy
• Leading and supporting CLient Core Teams to develop organisational capability through the application of competence, training and performance management programmes
• Fostering effective relationships with Project Site Managers and Client workforce through a planned schedule of Site visits

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
We are preferably looking for someone with the following skills:
o Experience in an Operations environment at Supervisory level
o Proven HSE leadership skills
o Commercial awareness
o Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
o Ability to communicate at all levels of organisation
o Ability to positively challenge others to drive improved performance
o Appropriate IT skills
