The Role:
To assist in the smooth running of the Global Sales Department, from customer enquires and complaints, to late deliveries of orders, faulty items and returns. We are the main point of contact for all Global customers within the sales department.

Order Entry

1. Print and collate all the orders that come in via the instrumentation mailbox and fax.
2. Enter orders onto the SAP system
3. Check all orders for coding and price using SAP and the ConfigX on-line pricing tool. If required we then contact the customer again if they have incorrectly coded or priced on their order.
4. Liase with the customer if they have ordered parts no longer available or alternatives or the fact we cannot supply. Once we have a ‘clean order’ we can then instigate processing.
5. Send copies of orders to other Company sites for R&C products only.
6. Progress orders via email and telephone with the manufacturing lines and relay information to the customer
7. Assist the Sales Engineers/Sales Managers with order related support

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally candidate will have experience of SAP and customer liaison skills associated with an export sales environment. Attention to detail is essential as this is a pivotal role within the order administration process
