The Role:
The Organisational & Development Specialist manages the company’s

• Organisation chart and structure,
• Jobs, positions,
• Manpower level and ensure their alignment with the company’s strategies.
• Evaluates jobs,
• Maintains job descriptions,
• Conduct process improvement studies, and benchmark company workforce with current market.


Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Candidates has to have an excellent communication skills to present and discuss to executives and other management teams.
• Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is required

• Master degree in a related field is a plus for this job and will add value.
