The Company:
Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Role:
Job Purpose
The organisational learning coordinator role supports the Project Team in systematically capturing, assessing and codifying lessons learned and in effectively incorporating them into the Local Learning Site (LLS)

Reporting Relationships
The role shall engage with the entirety of the Project Management Team and especially the nominated Subject Matter Experts

• Develop and implement the Project Learning Plan
• Support the Project Team to ensure that Organisational Learning Practices, Procedure and tools are effectively utilised, specifically those related to lessons incorporation and lessons capture
• Facilitate the consistent documentation of lessons learned in LLS
• Support the Project Team on meeting the requirements of the GPO Defined Practice on Organisational Learning & Continuous Improvement
• Provide training on the LLS
• Support the Project Team with review and incorporation of Lessons and manages the Lessons Incorporation Register for each CVP Stage
• Develop, sustain and mature a learning culture within the project organisation
• Core Member of the GPO Organisational Learning Community of Practice

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
BSc in an Engineering, Educational or similar (strong academic background desirable)
Strong commitment to HSSE
High level of self-motivation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong planning and task organisation skills
Experience working with data, analysing information and distilling insights from it
Experience in meeting facilitation

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in the area of Organisational Management and/or continuous improvement
Experience in the energy industry, preferably in Upstream / Exploration and Production

>Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Any other relevant information
>Occasional overseas travel may be required
