The purpose of our client's Global Projects Organisation (GPO) is to:

• Deliver flawless execution (predictable project delivery and operational ramp-up)
• Deliver future assets that enable us to maximize economic recovery and operate safely and reliably

The Organisational Learning (OL) team within the Operations function in the GPO are tasked with leading GPO Organisation Learning Strategy focused on the delivery of Organisational Learning excellence and courage through ensuring experiential knowledge is captured, assessed, codified, transferred and implemented in a systematic, rigorous and standardised manner, to support the delivery of the GPO strategic priorities and build a safer and stronger organisation.

The GPO OL Vision serves as the framework for our Strategy and guides every aspect of our business by describing what we need to accomplish in order to achieve organisational Learning Excellence

• Process - Experiential learning is systematically captured, assessed, codified & rigorously implemented.
• Plant - Global standardisation maximises the impact of learning to ensure that defects are never repeated.
• Performance - Lessons learned deliver demonstrable safety, quality, operability, schedule & cost benefits.

Our Objectives describe what we do to make our OL Vision a reality. They are:

• Management System: Implement a systematic, rigorous & standardised process to ensure capture, codification, transfer and implementation of GPO experiential knowledge.
• Standardised Toolset : Develop, deploy & continuously improve a suit of common procedures, tools & templates.
• Capability : Build and maintain Organisational Capability to support the delivery of the OL Mission & Vision.
• Culture: Develop, mature & sustain a pro-active learning culture within the GPO.

The principal accountabilities in respect to the GPO Organisational Learning Framework are:

• Subject Matter Expert & Custodian of the Local Learning Site (LLS).
• Supports 12 Step Deployment Process for new Region set ups and adherence to standard onboarding process for all new users in existing Regions
• Ensure access to LLS for Region Admins/ Global Approvers.
• Identify, plan & deliver LLS enhancement work in conjunction with IT&S and GPO OL Specialists.
• Collaborate with IT&S to ensure that all system documentation and corresponding Statements of Requirement related to the LLS are kept up to date and current.
• Deliver Monthly Performance Reporting for - LLS & Global Shared Learning System (SLS), GPO Learning & Continuous Improvement Workgroup and GPO Sub Function Extended Leadership Teams.
• Manage quality control process of lessons validated in SLS each month and provide feedback to authors / validators where quality criteria are not met
• Provide LLS/ eCLIPS training/ support to GPO Projects and Functions as required.
• Produce monthly / quarterly operations performance reports covering Operations Readiness, 24 month production forecast & start-up performance.
• Analysis of various operations datasets – 24 month performance data for EOR, benchmarking data etc
• Produce and Monitor monthly PMCS reporting and coach region teams on PMCS usage

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Enterprise/ Global Application or system administration
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning and task organisation skills.
• Experience working with data, analysing information and distilling insights from it.
• Experience producing reports and managing KPI’s.
• Experience in meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities in a calm, professional manner.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• University Degree in Information/ Data/ Systems Management (or equivalent)
• Experience in the energy industry, preferably in Upstream / Exploration and Production.

Business Behaviours

• Ability to work under little supervision.
• Willingness / aptitude of looking at work from a high level view with the idea of defining opportunities to interface, optimise, etc.
