The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Provides advisory work in to the field of Sadara organization structure, Workforce Planning, job description review, performance management and job evaluation.
1. Assist in the development, evaluation and implementation of various programs, procedures and underlying methodology such as workforce planning, internal work rules, performance management programs, corporate culture, etc.
2. Conduct comprehensive organizational HR related studies, surveys, and research and present findings to supervisor including recommended action plans.
3. Assist in developing business strategies to support the organization plans & business requirements.
4. Update the organization structures reflecting the on-going organisational changes and act as a custodian of the company’s organization chart.
5. Maintain and update Sadara’s Job description database in order to conduct an accurate and efficient evaluation of jobs when necessary.
6. Evaluate the different Sadara position/jobs to establish a hierarchical map of employees and create potential career moves accordingly.
7. Analyze and maintain Sadara workforce plans and plan attrition recovery plans.
8. Work with Finance in calculating the labor cost based on the workforce plans.
9. Operate and maintain the SAP or any other system to ensure reflecting all organizational information, job structures, and compensation package in payroll system.
10. Analyze and maintain the performance management system in Sadara, analyse rating results and ensure proper implementation.
11. Participate in or coordinate work process improvement activities in various Sadara departments and develop/maintain Full Time Equivalent (FTE) reports
12. Coordinate with representatives of Saudi government agencies, other companies, and private agencies related to developing data, exchanging information and developing comparative background information.
13. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Human resources Management, Business Administration, System/Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Lean Six sigma certificates are preferred.
