The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Provide expertise and insights to the HR policies & Org. Development Manager on various topics pertaining to Sadara organization structure, jobs, and work processes.
1. Oversee Sadara’s organization chart and ensure alignment to Sadara’s organization guiding principles, ministry of interior’s directions and shareholders’ agreements
2. Act as a consultant to Sadara management in case of an organizational restructure, ensure proper positioning of managerial positions and properly communicate and document such changes
3. Manage Sadara jobs in terms of classification, documentation, and leveling. Develop, maintain and approve job creation, modification and leveling requests and procedures.
4. Benchmark and compare Sadara jobs to the market and ensure proper grade code levels are assigned and adjust where necessary job levels to remain competitive.
5. Manage Sadara’s Performance Management Program in terms of development and maintenance, assign annual merit and bonus distribution factors, and conduct analysis on results to improve overall company performance.
6. Manager work process improvement activities to establish the optimum Full Time Equivalent (FTE) levels
7. Conduct strategic workforce planning analysis, develop and present to management programs to cover attrition and expansion factors and drives Sadara’s workforce towards the approved FTE rates
8. Develop and review HR consultancy contracts and manage the execution of them through the appropriate resource assignment and within the assigned time frame.
9. Conducts a wide range of activities related to assigning work to subordinates, tracking progress, provide mentorship and coaching and advise on the final work product quality
10. Identifies developmental and training needs to subordinates and ensure there are 100% work coverage in the team in case of vacations and out of company assignments.
11. Participate in setting the Industrial Relations’ functional strategy by providing insights into HR needs and requirements. Help cascade IR strategy into HR specific goals.
12. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Human resources Management, Business Administration, System/Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Lean Six sigma certificates are preferred.
