The Company:
Our client, a major oil and gas operator, seeks an ORM Planner to join their team.

The Role:
• The ORM Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, tracking and progress reporting the Operability, Reliability, Maintainability (ORM) integrated plan for the execution phase of the downstream project.
• The plan will detail all tasks necessary to produce ORM deliverables, with complete predecessor / successor logic links, and with appropriate logic ties to the master EPC schedule.
• The plan will be resource loaded and levelled. Primary and secondary critical paths will be identified, monitored, and reported.
• The plan will be used by the Downstream ORM Team to guide the execution of ORM tasks to be completed.
• Progress tracking will be based on a value of work done (VOWD) method of progress measurement that the ORM Planner will administer.
• Monthly progress reports will be required that depict progress vs. plan using S-curve(s), with narrative analysis that identifies deliverable level progress deficiencies and resource conflicts as well as 30- and 90-day look ahead’s.
• The ORM Planner will report to the Project ORM Manager and will work with the ORM leadership team as well as the other Downstream project planners to fulfil the requirements of the job.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Certified in Primavera P6.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in major capital projects planning, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Experience performing all of the responsibilities listed in the job description while working within a large, multifunctional team.
• Trained in project management using CPM and PERT project and resource planning.
