The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
We are recruiting for a OS & D Coordinator who will maintain & control over supply, shortages, damages and quarantine (OSDQ) activities for all Purchase Orders/ Agreements.

In this position you will be required to:

• Liaise with Materials Control & attend weekly meetings
• Liaise with Document Control as required.
• Liaise with Expediting as required
• Liaise with Buyer as required
• Liaise with Suppliers as required.
• Work with IMPS System and provide regular OSDQ status reports for Client review
• Continue to Identify/implement efficiencies to support OSDQ Closures

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you must have a completed Undergraduate Degree and an experienced materials control background. You will have strong interpersonal skills at all levels, attention to detail & a strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
