The Role:
This role is the Single Point of Contact for the Client support team, and all other non-AAD scope contractors for the Phase two and four Outage scope. The position shall utilize the Client support team to deliver Engineering Solutions, Material Specification & Management, Work pack delivery content, GOC compliance as defined by scope assignment. Accountable to the Outage Manager for ensuring these operations comply with all Client and statutory requirements.
The role is accountable for ensuring all mods & projects being executed by Client and Non-AAD Contractors during the Outage are progressed to meet all planning & procurement gates as well as meeting project QA/QC expectations.
Although working alongside others in the AAD organization, the position is the main point of contact for third parties required for the Outage Phase two scope including, Cape, Sparrows, Oceaneering & Hydratight.
In conjunction with the Ops scope coordinator & Outage Planners, the position is responsible to produce accurate preparation & execution job step plans (mini work packs). This position will be onshore based during planning and transitioning to an offshore rota during execution.

Main Duties:
o Carry out Pre-Outage offshore surveys as required.
o Create initial job step plans for all identified scope, based on planning guidelines (non eMOC required scope).

 Generates the Client/Vendor estimated costs and provide regular updates on spend.
 Insures the Client/Vendors organizations are resourced to deliver the Outage with demonstrable competence for all individuals.
 Management of delivery & close out of Client Construction Workpacks.
 Ensure worksite preparation is carried out, Scaffold erection. insulation removal, tooling, rigging, vendor requirements are in place as required.
 Ensure adequate resources are identified and available to deliver the Outage work scopes during the execute stage.
 Works closely with the materials specialist to ensure materials are available based on Outage milestone dates, construction schedule, timing of delivery, timing of movement and storage location is known.
 Works closely with the Logistics coordinator to ensure equipment and tools are ready and available based on the Outage milestones, timing of delivery, timing of movement and storage location (if required) is known.
 Works with the contractor to review needs for rigging evaluation and special plans generated where needed.
 Attends all Outage meetings and ensures Client & specialty Vendor visibility.
 Sets up meetings as required (recurring/adhoc) with assigned contractors to meet milestones and progress work through execution.
 Works with the Scope Coordinator and Outage Planner to ensure the Bookies Board is accurate and kept up to date.
 Participates in producing an Outage contingency plan to cover personnel, materials, process, and commissioning,
 Lead Client support team.
 Liaise with support engineers, SPA's, TAs and project engineers during the Outage preparation and delivery period.
 Liaise with all vendors involved with the Outage work scope.
 Participate in risk assessments associated with the Outage work scopes.
 Compiles a close-out / lessons learned report after the outage.
 Ensure Outage Manager is updated of any risk to delivery at the earliest opportunity.
 Supports the Outage Planning staff to ensure we have a robust and accurate plan.
 Accountable to insure that the proper sign-off sheets are developed, and posted and are signed off as work progresses.
 Accountable for assuring proper progress reporting via Primavera on a shift basis.
 Responsible for initiating action to resolve and remove problems interfering with work. Should problem not be resolved at the coordinators level he/she is responsible to elevate it to the appropriate level until the obstacle or problem is resolved.
 Responsible to coordinate in advance the needs of inspection, Operations, and other parties who need to review, inspect or witness aspects of the work as it is accomplished.( Rotating Equipment, Inspection, Engineering, Instrumentation and electric)
 Ensure all Client Outage Personnel are fully aware of the program of work and properly engaged.
 Support the Outage induction process.
 Field coordinates work during execution offshore.
 Ensure Outage worksites are left in a safe condition & all Tools & material are removed to suitable locations.
 Assist with Outage close out.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Current survival, medical and drug screen.
o Previous offshore Supervisory or management experience preferred.
o Sound knowledge and experience of Multi discipline Construction planning, execution and logistics.
