The Company:
Our client is an international oil & gas operator

The Role:
In charge of document management on Package
Ensures that all package documents are correctly produced, internally or by contractors, dispatched to all relevant members of the Project; in the package or within the other parts of the Project
Process Package documents through Company’s EDMS; Prodom


1. Perform constant analysis of the document produced by Contractors and package to check their compliance with Project standards regarding numbering, graphic charts, symbology and all others aspect related to document quality
2. Input all technical documentation into Prodom
3. Distribution of all technical documents
4. Responsible for the filing of the Package documents
5. Responsible for the return of comments to contractors
6. Provide assistance related to document control and PRODOM to package users
7. Training to package new comers on document control procedures and Prodom
8. Provide package control manager with all relevant information needed for reporting activities
9. Prepare the hand-over of project documentation to Operations and the filing of project documents to archives

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications: Data Processing training /EDMS Training
Professional experience : minimum 2 years in a document control position , oil and gas engineering and construction if possible
