The Company:

The Role:
Main duties include:

Updating STOP database on daily basis.

Take minutes of meetings.

Responsible for site inductions and associated paperwork.

Assist Competency Focal Point with filing.

Assist Information Assistant with archiving.

Ad hoc admin for FNGL Leadership Team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Competent with Word and Excel.

Must be able to prioritise and be able to change work plan at short notice when ad hoc work is presented to Business Services
