The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
To manage all aspects of Parts and Aftersales Marketing, working with both Parts and Aftersales teams to deliver Dealer support materials, programs, initiatives and promotions tailored to each region, maximising business growth and commercial opportunity

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
•Design and create marketing campaigns to promote the sale of Vehicle Accessories
•Support regional teams and dealers with Parts and Aftersales Marketing Plans and promotions
•Support communication of Parts Sales pricing promotions (Parts, Accessories, and Merchandise)
•Design and create marketing campaigns directed at dealer to promote Parts and Aftersales incentive programmes (as required and per region)
•Undertake other duties as required to meet the Company’s objectivesDeliver marketing campaigns to promote the sale of Global Extended Warranties
•Support Regions in optimising Pre-Owned Sales Performance and Global Roadside Assistance Programs
•Engage with Dealer Sales, Parts and Aftersales teams to ensure adequate training and understanding of product offerings
•Assist to coordinate planning for and deliver events including Parts and After Sales Conferences and Service Clinic opportunities
•Promote and optimise the visibility of the Body Repair programme
•Actively benchmark competitor Parts/Aftersales strategies identifying commercial opportunities
•Liaise with CRM team / IT to create and promote targeted communications and an effective web/social media presence

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
•Degree or equivalent, ideally in Marketing or other business related area
* Previous experience in a hands on marketing or sales role for a premium brand, product or luxury experiences
•Strong presentation skills (written and verbal) and advanced PowerPoint and Excel ability
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
•Excellent planning skills and the ability to think strategically and project manage
•Good understanding of all commercial organisation and business processes
