The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
1) Scan payment supporting documents and upload into document repository site (CMS, Documentum, or other)
2) Ensure imagery of scanned documentation is of good quality and readable
3) Assist Payment Verification Specialist (PVS) and Contracts Administrator (CA) as directed
4) General filing of hard copy and soft copy documents
5) Other duties as directed
6) Reports to and is accountable to Payment Verification Supervisor

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1) Familiarity with the use of automated scanning systems equipment
2) Familiarity with the use of standard Microsoft Office 2007 computer systems software such as Excel, Word
3) Ability to be trained in the use of CMS, Documentum, and any other document repository system that may be used
4) Eye for details and ability to determine if scanned imagery is acceptable
5) Good interpersonal skills working as part of a team
6) Previous involvement with document control, scanning, records retention, etc.
7) Good oral and written English language skills
