The Company:
Our Client is a major integrated energy company employing over 78,000 people across 90 countries. They are committed to growth in the activities of finding, producing, transporting, transforming and marketing oil and gas.

The Role:
The key responsibilities are:
- Processing of payroll for 1,500 internationally mobile employees across several different contract types
- Performing payroll calculations and accurate checks of the pay records
- High level payroll reconciliations
- Liaising with the HR Operations team in London and globally to ensure that all data is correctly captured within the deadline
- Coordinating third party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the payroll
- Monthly reporting to management, HMRC and external providers
- Management of data within several systems
- Extensive pensions calculations, administration and reporting
- Managing third party suppliers in relation to the pension distribution, auto enrolment processes, etc
- Managing queries on payroll and pension in a timely manner
- Liaising with international offices in regards to remuneration of secondee’s for local tax purposes
- Finance checks

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills:
- Auto – Enrolment knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous experience with HR databases

Requirements:
- University Degree in HR, finance or similar
- Few years of payroll experience (Preferably International or Expatriate payroll experience)
