The Company:
Our Client is an international O&G Operator

The Role:
Rendering effective HR translational shared services to respective Company Business Units located in the United Kingdom, with specific focus on multiple payrolls, benefits administration, policy reviews, related compliance, audits and annual events, and related HR administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll (70% of the role):
- Deliver an effective and efficient multiple payroll portfolio, including that for UK local employees, as well as inbound and outbound expats to and from the UK
- Administer related compensation and benefits activities, such as salary exchange programs, pension plan administration (including auto-enrolment), payments to benefits service providers, etc.
- Administer the UK tax calculations and payments to employees participating in Group Share and Long-term Incentive programs, as per Group policy standards
- Administer annual activities, e.g. P11D’s, P60’s, PSA’s, Form 42
- Coordinate annual tax compliance cycle (i.e. annual tax returns) for international secondees, in conjunction with external service provider

General Compensation Activities (In support to Eurasia regional Rewards Specialists):
- Prepare input for salary surveys
- Coordinate annual salary review process and incentive payments, including preparation of input for salary reviews, preparing salary adjustment documentation, liaison with and support to line managers, communication to employees and accurate implementation according to final approved documents
- Coordinate annual benefits renewal processes in consultation with key stakeholders, ensuring that benefits and costs are optimised in line with Company requirements and market trends, and policies are renewed timely and changes communicated and implemented to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in preparing of employee salary budgets

International Mobility Support (Expat administration):
- Ensure, in consultation with external Immigration Solicitors and within Group minimum standards, full compliance with UK Immigration legislation and company policy on expatriation
- Coordinate Certificate of Sponsorship and residency visa applications, monitoring of expiry dates and ensure timely extensions if required

HR Policy Management:
- Develop, maintain, update and implement in consultation with key stakeholders, Company HR policies in alignment with applicable legislation, market practices and Group minimum standards

General Responsibilities:

- Preparation, analysis and interpretation of HR relevant data and reports
- Manage relationships with internal and external service providers
- Manage the HR Administrator and provide guidance with regards to HR Admin optimisation (Future role once fully on-boarded)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum requirement:
- Suitable HR or Finance training and exposure to applicable systems and processes, or equivalent

- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Extended experience in HR Transactional roles within HR shared services, as well as understanding of global mobility compensation and payroll admin
