Successfully develop and implements a corporate Performance Management System.

Ensures all of the company's employees have the skills to understake effective performance appraisal discussions and understand their role in the overall performance management process.

Designs and leads in-house training sessions on conducting one-to-one performance reviews.

Designs and leads workshops for managers and supervisors on performance management process and procedures.
