Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project..

The Role:
Our client is seeking a Performance Management Analyst primarily focused on the development, implementation and maintenance of effective performance management systems.

Play a leading role in the promotion of an excellent HSE Culture and demonstrate Clients commitment to achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards of HSE
Develop, implement and maintain the SOT Performance Management process, reflecting both Client and contractor performance delivery, including
A performance management reporting system which addresses delivery of all the teams activities and provides the relevant information to support continuous performance improvement
A systematic performance review system for the SOT managed within a performance management calender
Analysis and reporting of KPIs
Historical reports, to record statistical info which will allow internal and external benchmarking
Provide input to and/or support the development of the teams contracting strategy
Work with the regions activity management team to support regional planning process
Work closely with the subsea cost management team to ensure the adequate finanical controls are developed, implemented and maintained within the Subsea Operations Team
Integration with the reqions R&M team to ensure delivery of subsea elements of performance efficiency improvement

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Operator experience
An degree in an engineering or finanical dicipline and charrtered surveyor/certified cost engineer
At least 15 years diversified experience in oil & gas industry in the cost/performance field
