The Role:
Experience required in the areas of QA/QC management, operating discipline / document management, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and metrics is required.

Experience of maintenance quality control program.
Experience of maintenance document management program.
Experience of maintenance metrics that monitor daily maintenance and drive improvements.

Firm understanding of training processes and methods, facilitation, interpersonal and written communication skills are all essential.

Ability to demonstrate and teach knowledge of applicable engineering specifications, equipment repairs, equipment protection strategies and safety standards required.

1. Support identification and development of Training curriculum
2. Support the development and verification of training plans, incorporating work process, electronic tools and discipline/job skills training.
3. Support craft skills validation, gap analysis, apprenticeship and/or OJT training programs as required.
4. Help finalize, coordinate and deliver basic skills and vendor Training Programs.
5. Help finalize and coordinate on-site induction, plant specific training, skills verification, and on-site On-the-Job Training.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Two-year Diploma / associate’s or 4-year Bachelors with 5 years' minimum experience in Maintenance work and 3-5 years’ experience in a Training role.
At least 5 years in-plant experience is required.
